Nathan Potter is reading Patrick of Ireland: His Life and Impact (Early Church Fathers)
The book covers what we know for certain about Patrick, which (it turns out) isn’t much. The author constrains himself to relying on the only two documents we have written by Patrick of Ireland and context clues. As a result, I found much of this book to be unrelated, or tangentially related information.
The footnotes are the gold here as they will likely lead one to a more engaging book on the Patrick.

Nathan Potter is 30% done with Brotherhood: When West Point Rugby Went to War
I made it through seven chapters. I might go back later, but I don't prefer the writing style. Chapters that seem to be about one player's journey to West Point end up kind of being about the whole team, and sometimes rugby in general. Characters are introduced and re-introduced in short clips. With few exception, there hasn't been enough time with any of the players to recall them or relate to them.

Nathan Potter is reading On the Incarnation
A classic for a reason. To quote a great theologian of our own generation, “we’re all just parroting Athanasius.”
