Like a Marx book focused on Africa, but without all of the big words and much less “scientific” concepts - basically my dream non fiction book.

Ok Chinese communism is far more interesting than I ever thought it would be. Uhh I wish they talked more about the Shanghai massacre and perhaps the revolution that actually transitioned them from their dynasty cycle. But idk can’t judge quite yet.

it helps a lot to have a physical copy. I will 100% finish this book before march! Huzzah!
