super good so far!!!! lots of great lines… i loved the movie before so i knew i’d like the book

very interesting so far… i haven’t read this book since like middle school and so far im liking it

“Snakes are Born in the Dark” was definitely my favorite so far. The body horror was so gross and it was so descriptive and nastyyyyy i loved it

these first two short stories were so good! i’m really excited and interested in seeing all the different authors writing styles

I really do think this is the only book that can get away with the intense detailed character descriptions like it does. I love it It really adds to the pretentiousness of Bateman and his peers. Loving this so far

never have i been more inclined to read huge long unbroken paragraphs of text

I think the general plot is interesting but the overly flowery language is frustrating me at times. The MC is a narcissist obviously but there’s something about how uppity the writing is that I don’t loveeeee? However I do like the plot so far
