absolutely love how the one guy was dissing a queen and don quixote IMMEDIATELY defended her name. he's a true gentleman and knower of chivalry (aka the biggest simp ever)

i love how don quixote got the entire backstory to each prisoner he spoke with and gave a wonderful speech about how it is not up to the king or anyone to judge another person for their sins...only to then make demands as soon as he frees these men and winds up getting himself and sancho beaten up AGAIN

this book is so hilarious and so insanely ahead of its time (for obvious reasons). ill try to make reading at least a chapter or two a day my goal. i WILL read through all of the adventures of my favorite knight errant, don quixote de la mancha
