Good book.
Big Takeaways so far.
-Every action you perform is a vote for the person you want to be.
-you need systems more than goals. Systems set you up for the person you want to be. If you achieve the goal, the reward is short term, and you are less likely to continue with it.
-a tiny change in habits multiplies across time and compounds. Don’t underestimate the power of small changes.

Good book. The argument is that the early American Founders used Catholic law principles to justify the revolution against England. Tim mentions how the right of life, liberty, and the right of private property are our only natural rights, and they have been subverted by the current government. When these have been broken, the right of revolution is a right the people have to get their natural rights back.

I love this book, however, Dr. Peterson does go on long tangents at times that I feel may have little to nothing to do with the rule at hand. I am re-reading it and I have a lot of highlighted sections from the previous time I had read it. It is nice getting those highlights and seeing how Dr. Peterson’s mind works.
