Really enjoying it, surprised by how feminist it is and I really relate to Esther on multiple levels as a depressed teen. Cried when I found out that this was Sylvia Plaths only novel before dying, unfortunate to find out that she was incredibly anti Semitic and racist however she was a disturbed person and her hatred was probably fuelled by Ted Hughes infidelity.

Kind of annoyed by how majority of what I’ve read it Jane listing all the ways mr Rochester is ugly and grotesque but she can’t help loving him.
