Making progress. Still not an Anglican but it is helping me understand the heritage of Anglicanism. I find Anglicans use strawman arguments to face the opposition to their doctrines, so that is not fun. But I am trying to steelman, so onward I go.

This one hurts my heart and grieves my soul. I find so many Scriptural truths being forsaken in his writings. I am not sure I can finish this one.

DNFing. I feel like I am reading a full grown women gossip about hypothetical teenage girls while encouraging young women to think the worst about their neighbors. I can think of a lot of great books for young women that encourage and edify. This.... this one just felt like a bunch of hot takes disgused as 'wisdom.'

I am going to DNF at 75% for content issues, and I just don't enjoy the tone of this particular dystopian novel. Reviews may come later. Content Warnings: violence, gore, horror elements, mild swearing. Romances: no spice. Main couple- FM/M Side Characters- M/M

So far, it has been a highly encouraging and contains wonderful reminders of our faith that encourage us to think deeper and carefully about the catechism many of us aren't even aware we subscribe to.

The audio narration is making it harder to get through this one, I feel like the narrator makes everyone sound like they are angry at each other in the dialogue. May have to switch back to reading it physically.
