For this book being less than 300 pages… it’s dragging. The plot is flat and the characters are all bland

Really enjoying this book and the way it’s written. But it’s taking me longer to read than I thought it would

Finally reading this and seeing more of Jacob’s character makes you realize how sad it is with how much he feels for Bella

Turns out I actually want to hit Dani, it’s giving pick me but I have no personality

I love how different their personalities are. This is definitely a sunshine to grumpy trope, which I love

I love how soft Ezra is with Dani

I finished the first book today… while also buying the second one. I’ve been sat for the last hour already almost 100 pages in 😅 I’m SAT for this series, already craving the third book ASAP

I’m so hooked, it’s so gripping. To know that Cam is drowning himself in being numb, just to protect himself from being hurt again

This feels like it’s gonna be a slow book? And don’t get me wrong I love a slow burn. But it feels like some of the dialogue isn’t necessary. Hoping it changes my mind
