Picked this up to learn about some of the history of Utah before we head out there! I’m fascinated with what I’ve read so far about the initial Mormon settlement and how their cult leader influenced where they settled, how they structured the towns, their allowed activities, where they could live within their towns, etc. excited to learn more!

Not even 5 minutes in and I am in love with this book!

So fun so far! I have to keep going back and reminding myself of where these characters were in the Iliad. It skips a decent period of time and some major scenes from the end of the Iliad to the beginning of the odyssey but so far I’ve been able to bridge some gaps with the characters telling stories from the end of the war. Hopefully the rest of the gaps get filled!
