Continuing reading because I like Star and Dusk and all these crew members to much not to, but all the cosmere references demand a reread once I read all the other Brandon Sanderson books.
Also, why am I not surprised to find out that Hoid is indestructible?!

So far loving this book-especially the characters!!-but I kinda feel like I need to read more cosmere before continuing... I can't even remember the stuff from Tress, not to mention the stuff from books I haven't read yet like Threnody and Rosharians and all that other jazz. So... Maybe come back to this, after getting farther in the cosmere?

So far this feels like Moana, but with aliens, dragons somehow(?), a unique main character, and some insanely cool magical birds

The scariest part isn't even the bad guy... It's Gaius being afraid 😰
