What hit hard in this was the question of God asking us at the end where He will judge us

I created you to serve and fulfill the mission of x y and a what part did you not understand? Deep

If you want to be steady, proper judgment is the best way it’s not by isolating ourselves, but filtering the external factors and keeping us sane

We can’t control what happened to us we can only control how we react to it.

Best of all, an honest understanding of what is within our control
provides real clarity about the world

Chapter 1:
Remember confidence is built over time with one action one reflection and one moment over time!

Seeing your addictions;
addiction is when we’ve “lost the
freedom to abstain.” Let us reclaim that freedom.

But you must reclaim the ability to
abstain because within it is your clarity and self-control

Temptations are always going to come. It’s how we handle them to change thoughts and avoid them not dance with them. Spiritual bullets are needed (the word of God)

Who are you?
I’m a God seeking person who’s building a life on a foundation of truth and principles. I tend to run towards challenges. I see the world as an opportunity to grow and be the best version of ourselves before we present ourselves to the judge. I know what im capable of doing and I choose to do right. This world is broken, so we can all do our best to be a bit more kind.

-Events are neutral it’s how we label and react to them
Direct your actions properly.
-what are the actions directed by whose morals/standards= God’s> the word of God
Willingly accept what’s outside your control.
-only focus on what you can control lol

It’s a good book at first it was a hard read my ego was in the way but I enjoy it
