The cute main character is meek and boring, her hot ex-lover even more boring."The one that got away", girl you're the one who dumped him for no other reason than to create some plot. I am baffled by every decision this girl makes. The only interesting part are the aunts, it's a pity that their niece won't speak up for herself and create any kind of interesting dialogue.

Read this right after the Vera Wong books, but it's just not as good. I feel like Sutanto is still practicing her craft here.

Every single problem in this book could have been solved with even a little communication from the main character.

A single message like 'hey just a heads up, my mom messaged you pretending to be me so she could set me up with someone' would have literally saved a life.
