After getting through the first 2 chapters, it was emotionally tolerable for me lol. This is such a well written book. I feel like I can easily picture the scene he is describing in my head as I listen to him narrate it (getting through the book audibly).

I’m already on ch. 3 of this book and lemme tell you, I AM NOT OKAY! This book is hitting home very closely! I’m obviously not African American but his family struggles being a minority, raised by a single mom, who got sick when he was young and realizing certain realities & responsibilities forced to be taken on so young, is what’s most relatable so far. Idk if I’ll be able to finish the book but we’ll see

To my fellow readers of this book, prepare your hearts for chapter 22 pg 270. I wasn’t emotionally ready 🥹🥹😭😭.

I just finished reading ch. 17 and it wrecked me!!! It’s like I was on the kitchen floor with Meg & Kiera crying with Meg and telling her “it’s okay, it’s not your fault” too. I felt her grief so deeply 😭. Kiera and Cillian are seriously the most loving characters EVERRRR 😭❤️!!

I am loooving this book!! The story line is super intriguing to me that always has wanting to know what happens next? Which one of her lives is her “real” one or will she suddenly go back to the original life the book started off with 👀???
