This was a good book with an interesting magic system that involves jumping your qi into another person & taking over their body which is unique, BUT the first ~75% of the book was just ok & I didn't really invest in the characters much. They ended on a cliff hanger and a bit of a twist, so if you engaged with the characters a bit more then I think you'd definitely be immediately wanting to read the rest, but I won't
