DNFing. Stopped right when Jack fell into that ice crevasse… lol I know right in the middle of an action scene. I’ll finish the last hour of this audiobook eventually.

Prob gonna DNF. Just not feeling it rn. Need something darker, deviant, dubious, and more fucked up. This is too vanilla for me and they haven’t even kissed yet. Also the MMC is not virginal, naive, and innocent enough for me.

Got bored of it lowkey, but I was in the middle of a 48-72 hr reading slump and was getting bored of everything. Should try to reread/pick back up. Stopped right in the middle of an intense action scene, I think the two MCs were being chased down by the ppl trying to kill the cop MC. Didn’t hate it but didn’t love it.

DNF at 63%. Just like every other age play story, yawn…

I just started reading this and I can already tell this will be #2 fave Rina Kent, no doubt. Might even beat out Kiss the Villain for #1 spot 😈

Enjoying this book so far, gonna finish the audio tn. It’s not exactly giving what I hoped it’d give but I’m gonna finish it. Idk tho, there’s something about LA Witt’s books. They’re good but I’m always underwhelmed. It’s like there’s something missing either the sex is too vanilla or the plot isn’t enthralling enough, idk 🤷🏻‍♀️.

Based on the reviews and my interest in/attention to this while reading, this book will prob end up in my dnf. Gonna keep it in currently reading for now tho.

Meh, didn’t hold my attention for long enough. I was in a couple day phase of flying thru new books and giving them ab 2 seconds of a chance before moving on. So maybe this one deserves a revisit, idk 🤷🏻‍♀️.

Technically DNF but I stopped at towards the end of chapter 22 (last chp before epilogue). 30 min left of the audiobook. Sorry but I thought the whole time I was reading that Ezra and Roman would end up together with an HEA so when that didn’t happen I just couldn’t stay interested in the last few chapters of the book. Sorry not sorry.

Set in Savannah GA. Probably the only reason why I want to finish reading this at some point. Not a big fan of mystery/suspense detective books especially when the crime solving is a major focus of the book. Feels like the romance is on the back burner for this one. Gonna move it to DNF but will come back to finish it eventually I swear.

Fucking with this so far. Was looking for a dark erotic dub-con romance where the sub is resistant or fights back against a sadistic dom so this book wasn’t exactly what I was looking for at the time but I’m enjoying it nonetheless. Wish there was a bit more character dev especially before the kidnapping but the plot is super intriguing so far! Prob gonna read the whole series.

Good book, I enjoyed it all the way thru! 4.5 stars since I enjoyed it but it didn’t give me the obsessive intense feelings worthy of a 5 star rating.

DNF and prob not gonna finish. Didn’t hate the book but the smut and tension was pretty much the only thing that kept me reading (and partially skimming thru) till 82%. Storyline/plot didn’t keep my interest.

Need to finish this but I’ve already moved onto another book lol… only 45min left of audiobook. Enjoyed the book, 3.75-4 stars. Rating would’ve been higher but I didn’t realize it wasn’t exactly a HEA romance till 80% in.

Really fucking enjoying this book. Hate the audiobook narrator tho, worst fake ass southern accent I’ve ever heard and as an Alabamian I have every right to judge. This book is kinda giving “Reading the Signs” vibes but with a better power imbalance and an even more hot headed dysfunctional MC1. Def enjoying, 4.5-5 stars so far.

Gonna move to DNF, wasn’t giving what I needed it to give. Need my age gaps to be possessive and kinda fucked up as possible or to have the quiet step back then I want you typa MC2 from Nowhere Ranch.

Probably gonna DNF… skimmed thru at least 30% of it (fully read thru the other 57%). Wasn’t giving what I needed it to give and what I thought it would give from the book/series description.

I feel like I lowkey skimmed thru this book to try and fill the void that “The Beast Who Bought Me” left me with.
