Love it so far. Knocked out 50 pages this morning and hope to wrap up after work. You can see the first half of the book building towards something unsettling. Very descriptive feels like you are there

So many details throughout the book little bread crumbs that are all starting to converge. The quirkiness continues but things are happening here. Trout/Hoover on a collision course

Quirky as all hell but in a good way.

So just started. Wasn’t sure what to expect but the fact that this was written in the 1970’s blows my mind because this feels exactly like our current time. The writing and characters are so quirky in a very good way and developing nicely. I laughed out loud a few times already at some of the absolute absurd/hilarious descriptions. Kilgore Trout is such a great name
