I’m reading this slower but I’m still invested. This one is very slow burn compared to book 1 so far.

I LOVE A YEARNING MAN

Okay yup vibes are great so far

So much better than my last book I tried reading😂 humor was there right from the beginning. I’m on chapter 12 and I’m ready for the plot. It’s officially been set up but I’m surprised it’s not in the “main event” yet.

YUP THIS IS GUNNA BE A GREAT BOOK I LOVE IT ALREADY

A new genre for me so I’m getting used to these vibes but I do appreciate that we got to the plot fairly quick.

This book is literally my type of humor I LOVE IT

Okay. I was told going into this that a lot of readers didn’t like this one because it was so different than Lights Out. I still think it’s funny but you can tell this is more out of pocket humor.Also think we get more background in the beginning of this book compared to Lights Out. Overall I still like it so far!

This book has me in a chokehold

I swear I’ve been reading I just sucked at updating.. lemme just say real quick.. MONTY MONTGOMERY THE MAN THAT YOU ARE..LIZ DID MONTY RIGHT BY GIVING HIM HIS TIME TO SHINE

Okay if I didn’t get a headache tonight, I totally would’ve read more. The set up for the story within the first 3 chapters already has my attention.

Side note: I had the audiobook on while I was following along with the physical copy. Love the voice for Reese. The voice for Monty is just a little slow for me and not what I picture for Monty. Put it at 1.2x speed and it’s perfect now.
