wait i’m kind of loving this

the books that i’m reading seem to be very random recently. poe, chambers, griffiths, and now this. i guess anything to increase my amount of books read this year.

she definitely put something in this book because why is it so addictive?

i’m not even halfway through and i absolutely adore this book already??? what???
what magic or drugs or whatever did suzanne put in this???

i am determined to read more of this book this weekend since i definitely did not succeed during the week.
also how do i physically step inside of a book and give my favourite character a hug no glue no botox

so far, i enjoy the movie more than the book. don’t get me wrong, the book is STILL really good from what i’ve read right now and i would recommend it based on that; however, the movie just feels right. it might be because i practically worship this film and think about it almost every day.
i’ll see how i go with this novel!
(p.s, that freaking poem is killing me bro)

those who follow my account know my obsession with tpobaw and my bby charlie which i gained through watching the movie a dozen times, so the fact that i am now starting to read the book adaptation of one of my favourite films of all time is like a dream come true, i swear

unfortunately i am gonna have to take a step back from this read. the pace was really slow and the only relatively interesting thing that had happened in the first eighty pages was how they pulled up to the sutherland mansion.
i’m just not a big fan of this one.

i’ve had this series going on for almost a year, so it’s about time i finish it.
the anxiety is real

i love karen mcmanus with all my soul so i’m hoping that this book gets better. fingers crossed 🤞
