im logging this off when my final final ultimate final thesis has been submitted

I am completely in awe of this work but I simply have not gotten a moment to myself to actually get around to finishing the final essays.

Falling back into Berlant after dwelling elsewhere for a while, and immediately I am drawn in, overwhelmed and inspired at once. What a thinker….What a writer… what a theorist…. So much of this work is present in their later work Cruel Optimism as well, which is so clear.
