Okay so... everything's going to shit. manhattan is asleep, so the invasion is starting. Something happened when Luke visited home to his mom when thalia and annabeth were with him years ago. We also now know why annabeth uses her dagger instead of a sword. i don't like that it's from luke but whatever. glad grover is okay and that percy isn't stuck in the underworld. i'm intrigued to see this battle.

i can't believe percy has the battle powers of achilles. i also can't believe luke was able to get these powers too. i love to see percy almost take down hades there for a second. like he almost was able to hurt him. also the fact he dreamt about annabeth in the river omg. excited to see how this battle goes down!

The shadow teleportation/transportation is really cool. Like the fact that Nico because he's a son of Hades has disability but so does Mrs. O'Leary. Like I love to see it. it was nice seeing him and Percy just get along instead of her being a grudge.

the fact annabeth wore the prophecy around her neck for years just shows that her and percy are meant to be. but also how the heck was she able to keep it that long. she's stronger than me. so is percy be id be pissed personally. but i'm definitely intrigued to know what is happening!

i do not care for this rachel x percy plot line. GIMMIE PERCYBETH I AM READY FOR IT NOW. also the way percy got tricked made me wanna kms.

Simon’s back story is heart breaking about his mother but also his father. The fact he wanted a son for years but because he had some speech trouble he just rejected him. so cruel and so inconsiderate. because of the show ik the bridgerton’s are a complete 180 so i’m excited to read that and the first lady whistledown sectional!

i love how this book goes from giving advice to him telling stories about his life. like showing from his own experience how he learned this lesson he’s teaching us. joshua bassett the man you are

okay so… a lot happened UH. not luke’s body being taken over my the titan lord. not to mention the whole plot with calypso. that shit pmo but i feel bad for her. i’m suffered bc of my parents mistakes before. anyway curious to see this final 2 chapters and for the last book of percy jackson and the olympians!

i love hearing the inner mind of joshua bassett. as an og josh defender i am enjoying reading this as well as hearing it through his voice via audiobook. i can’t believe he snuck himself into hollywood parties with his friends. i am so intrigued i must know more.

the animal abuse of these magical animals is making me so pissed. like all for the titan lord too? ridiculous. also nico needs to snap out of it and seethe light. he’d be so reliable.

i love how percy is able to calm annabeth and reassure her that leading this quest is a good idea. i also love that grover and tyson have to work together as well. i love my core four <3

i don’t like that thy always decide to leave percy out of the group or tell him shit last. i get why for the story standpoint so we know as much as percy but it still pisses me off.

so this plot line about pam is cool but having grover be a mess about it gives me the ick. also thalia being afraid of heights is so funny. also okay apollo incognito… i mean Fred. 10/10

right so i love how percy don’t gaf about rules and just jumps in to save the day. his hero complex just like me!

so far so good! definitely curious to see where the plot is taking us. oh and i hope annabeth is okay!!

clarisse still annoys me tbh but at least no one died. also the guinea pig plot had me laughing i couldn’t stop reading. at least percy is good. meeting black beard was wild. anyway curious to see what happens.

god so many things have just happened what. first of all percy is jealous of luke and thalia bc of annabeth. also i guess thalia died from a cyclops rip. also idek how tf to feel about clarisse, but thanks for showing up when they need u diva. love her but she pmo.

okay so… so much has fucking happened. Percy has a brother now, and he’s part monster sure but he’s also badass. Also i can’t believe Poseidon makes Cyclops’s as kids but then again he made horses so ig it tracks. Also this chariot races pmo as well as the favoritism towards Clarisse. She may talk all she wants but she’s not the one who stopped a war.

So far I am very intrigued to see what’s happening at camp half blood. I literally kicked my feet when annabeth showed up. But I am very interested in that and making sure Grover is okay. I assume he is since he played such a huge roll last book. Most authors don’t do major character deaths this early on in a series.

re-reading this book for my boyfriend to enjoy it. besides we literally finny and autumn i had to. will be posting weekly updates :)
