I’m liking this book so far but it’s not the same as some of the other books written by therapists which I have read

This is reading more like a scientific paper than what I would usually read

Not loving it this far but it’s short so I shall finish it

I’m not really vibing with the author of this book she keeps reiterating that you don’t have to do everything to not be a failure which I agree with to a point but she isn’t saying to make do with these shortcomings and fix them later on she is paying to implement these band aid solutions and never re address the problem
