I’m confused on my feelings about this book so far. I feel like I have been given so much information, just so very little of it at a time. And I feel like absolutely nothing has truly happened at all in the book, yet I need to keep reading to know what happens next. I don’t understand, yet it all makes sense at the same time.

I’m not used to reading books in third person. I don’t like reading third person. I’m trying to get into it, but it’s hard when the story is being told to me in third person.

Almost there, but I am struggling

Honestly, I really hate Saeris sometimes. Always so impatient, cutting everyone off, angry, bossy, no common sense.

It is so well written. Dare I say book two is better than the first?

I feel like I am being sold a lie. I am being told to trust a certain person, but I feel like maybe I shouldn’t be so trusting. Hmmm. Suspicious.

So much mystery, but the biggest mystery of all is why did she ever even love Lucas so much? He sounds terrible.

Immersing myself into this world building

I’m gonna throw this book at the wall. WHAT?!

I need it to start getting a little thicker, deeper, more connected. I feel like there’s a whole lot of games after games going on with very very little plot at all. The plot is getting lost on me. So far the plot is “there may or may not be a cure?” I need more depth.

Okay, I’m into it now. I think I’m going to like these devil “games” more than the first book actually

Sorry but this is gonna be a DNF for me.

I still strongly dislike the FMC. I did not like her in the first book, and she has yet to redeem herself.
