It's getting more interesting. I do like a rebel detective who reopens cases.

Been appointed this book for our LGBTQ+ bookclub in Rochester Kent.
It is refreshing to finally read a trans book.
So far the story between Ming and Tom is very interesting, I feel by now something should be standing out but it's slow in the upcoming.
Easy to follow so many areas covered; so I be very interested in what else this book has to offer.

Enjoyable, some parts are hard to keep up with but the plot is there to follow

A little bit of a dull read so far but the plot seems pretty good.
Early to say but I do prefer the DI Nixon novels but I'm not counting this book out just yet

I just love this book! Full of interesting gay historic facts!

Not the easiest read but I am enjoying it.
The murder mystery seems a bit of a mind boggle.

It's really hard to review this book....it's a good book (no spoilers) but I just feel it's very flat no peaks or suspense.
I'm 80% way through and don't feel I got any further than my previous blog.
Liking the story still just wished at this stage there was more....

I started feeling a little slow and wasn't feeling it. Started going over the witch craft side now getting interesting.

Currently on Chapter 7. Reading through a box set.
I really do enjoy the Kendra series! I am finding this one a little tuff but still early in the book!

Really well written, the story between Ned and John is very emotional, as my previous update.

It truly makes you appreciate today's way of living in the LGBTQ+ community.

So..been appointed this book for the Rochester LGBTQ+ bookclub.
The story/history of John Church is an emotional one. Do enjoy the moly house references and jokes.
I do find the regular bag language is a little much and a bit unnecessary but that's literature.

Part 5. On the part when Stephen meets Mary she sounds so adorable. My favourite character is still Puddles we all need someone like her in life.

The book is a very long read but I do enjoy reading Stephens journey

Still got 2 hrs 50 mins to read lol

Currently reading the love connection between Stephen and Angela..buying that adorable ring for her.
Angela's loveless marriage to Ralph also is a real insight to how women are in loveless marriages because they can't be themselves in very similar situations to gay men.

Radclyffe Hall is still my favourite lesbian author.
Stephen is such a loveable character

Mitch Rapp deffo the guy you turn to when trouble descends.
Irene Kennedy is currently captured..can he rescue her in time?

Good read so far, nearly finished.

I read this book last year on my LGBTQ+ bookclub.
I still really enjoy this one. Got to the part where Teddie got attacked.

Do recommend but it is kind of flat.
