charlie did not deserve the ending he got although it was beatiful and he felt no shame and got to end things so well with tommo he should have got to make it home to his family tommo although nearly dying many times was luck enough to get to see charlie on his last day and find a sense of clarity with his brother they went through life together and should have had the justice to die or live together

i’ve finished the book in almost tears

charlie did not deserve that and for his sake i want tommy to make it home to his family and keep his promise but for tommys sake i want him to pass peacefully and not have to live with the survivors guilt he will have for his brothers death. neither brother deserved what they got and although it was a beautiful end they deserved to die or live together not be separated

i really like it
i think thomas likes molly and they may have had a relationship
i have a bad feeling charlie may be dead as he keeps being referred to in last tense
i hope thomas comes to terms with his fathers death
i think he’s at war in the trenches recalling he childhood to block out the war around him

good however i thought birdman was going to be young (8 years old) but he is old and grey? a little confused

soo good the storm and war are just beginning gracie and daniel are becoming some what friends with the birdman! i like the idea that he has pets and his dog (prince) to keep him company

very interesting lots of questions are starting to occur but am able to piece them together vaguely

was a bit slow and boring to start off with but staying to get exciting and mysterious

good so far , interesting start
