I am struggling with this book. I think if I had read it when it first came out I would have loved it. Published years before the pandemic & all that's happened in the world since then. I'm going to finish it. The narration is outstanding.

I have no idea what to expect from this book. But I hope it's a quick read - limited time left with my library loan.

Oops! I have a library book I need to read. Putting this one on hold for a couple of days.

The joke is on me. I thought this was going to be a book about were-kangaroos in space.

I like what I've read so far. It's a nice change of pace which is really what I was looking for.

What have I done? I'm a bit of a reck this week & I go and start reading a book that is going to make me feel things.

I was the first one in line with the library hold (yay!) I love this series & timing books appropriately never works out the right way for me. (*shrug*)

Finally back to Sci / Fi!

The last 4 books read were either Fantasy lite or Mystery. I'm reading for familiar ground & interesting folk of non-human species.

Doing a reread- one chapter a day from the ebook. Just finished chapter one.

Book #62 in the series! I may be a bit invested in this series. Off to my happy place -->

I'm hoping to catch up next month with the read-a-long.

This is the first book in this series where I'm questioning whether I am in the right head space to read it.
