When making a decision reveal the root of the decision and focus on that

Age 25 should be ripped out and put on every mirror and read every morning it just boosted my whole mood and changed my perception

But why are we don’t reject the world as it is we evolved beyond limitations of how we went so we give ourselves permission to make decisions based on what we want instead of just avoiding what we fear

Whatever you nourish fear or love doubt, or confidence will take root and grow. The mind does not discriminate it breeds what you feed it.
