I just finished Chapter 1, and it feels like Matt Dinniman rolled two natural 20s in a row on their storytelling checks.

I’m also listening to the audiobook, and Jeff Hays is phenomenal. He gives every character a unique voice, perfectly captures each scene’s tone, and even performs the written sound effects himself. It makes the whole experience even more immersive.

Eu li “O Hobbit” pela primeira vez aos 9 anos (a mesma idade do meu filho) e confesso que não foi “fácil”: tratava-se de uma edição Portuguesa que encontrei na biblioteca do SESC de Niterói (RJ) e lembro que tive que renovar o empréstimo algumas vezes até terminar. Dessa vez eu não tenho pressa. 😉

This is not an easy book. But it’s extremely necessary.
