I must admit, at some stage, I expected a business-book like this to take on a more 'skilful' or 'analytically-savvy' content, rather than an ad-hoc bunch of case-studies, with largely commonsense conclusions, and a few definitions of the form A=B/C thrown in for good measure.
I especially liked such gems as "Problem-solving teams are small groups ... who meet to identify, analyze, and solve ... problems."
Wow :)
