roughly 18% through this right now so maybe a bit early to complain but from the moment i picked it up i honestly have not been very fond of the writing. the amount of repetition in words and details is insane, not to mention most of it is just telling the reader what’s going on (show-don’t-tell who?). whats also annoying is the slow plot progression despite heaps of word fluff but, again, only 58/320 pages in
