i am so entranced in every way possible. simply cannot put the book down.

MY GOD I AM LOVING THIS BOOK

absolutely flying through this and i’m loving every second! she self sabotages SO MUCH and it’s completely frustrating in the most perfect way. absolutely rooting for her. every detail is so easy to picture and i feel like i’ve been to this apartment. He™️ is just so charming i am SICK. i’m in love with her relationship to her aunt, very special to read about the mundanities we tend to overlook.

i’ve definitely hit multiple times the point in reading where you just want the book to be over. i’ve gotten annoyed with the repetitive jokes and duplicated scenes. it has felt like plot points are introduced out of thin air, especially when it comes the the investigation. HOWEVER i’m loving the progression with gary and emily and i think those aforementioned times were me being far too critical. enjoying it!!

GARY IS OUT OF CONTROL WITH THIS NEIGHBOR MAN. BORDERLINE POISONING THIS POOR MAN. also these detectives are just………girl come on. did we not see the signs. Gary you wild dog. Grace is my favorite character.

very detailed descriptions of characters down to the most minor of things, not sure how i feel about that. i love how the plot line of finding Clementine was introduced! (the pub/book being left behind) the peeing scene was Wild™️.
