Epigenetics. You're telling me trauma can be passed down through DNA?!
This is interesting stuff so far because I literally watched a video a couple days ago about how some 9 year old kid discovered butterflies can carry over memory through generations. This book mentions similar studies/experiments done. I guess my trauma is generationally embedded into me 🤔 hahaha..
