Boy oh boy. I will still say that I enjoy the book. However, it could have been about 100 pages less than it is. Unless something completely wild happens at the end, I just don't get where else we would be going with this story... and we still have zero clue who Angela even is or who here parents were... just Viv writing 300+ page letter all about herself to explain to Angela who she was to her father!

It's been a fun story so far. I can see why people say it drags a little... but getting into the nitty gritty and drama now!

It's a fun story! I'm trying to figure out if there is a serious health problem with Peg or if she is just an alcoholic? If Viv and Celia will have a falling out? Does Edna have good intentions?

I actually kind of liked Benton... even though I don't like Grace. he really turned out to be a piece of work. He called it a "summer romance" YIKES! And I don't think he meant it in a "I'll love you forever broken hearted" kind of way! I think the thrill was gone and I don't think he ever loved her at all! Eddie. My guy was so close to making it out but he flew too close to the sun with those Russian women! Damn!

I would definitely ship Allegra off to boarding school, she is such a mean teenager! Grace has become my least favorite character, Eddie might be shady, but at least he loves his family and doesn't cheat! She acts worse than her bratty daughter! I really think Hope should come out on top she's a good kid! Madeline is sort of being a bad friend... but the way Grace is acting idk if I blame her.

I just haven't had much time to read! But this is gooood. Ruby's letters to Cam explaining each husbands untimely death! She is the evil version of Evelyn Hugo!

So far so good! It's definitely giving the 7 Husbands of Evelyn Hugo vibes!

I have made it through 3 of her 7 husband's! It's a whirlwind! Hoping to finish this up by the weekend!

This book has my full attention! Thr glam of old Hollywood and the complexity of Evelyn! This is a great read! I can't wait to see what happens next!

So far I'm really enjoying this book! Love Evelyn's character! I had 2 people just today at work tell me this was a good book! I have to agree!

Okay, please tell me that we are going to find out that Berry is secretly in love with Joe??? This must be where we are going with it, right? Her character can't just suck that bad... she is not "overprotective" and "being a good friend" all the time, she's just rude.

Okay. I know it's a love story and I'm not super far into the book... but I kind of don't want to see Joe and Cate together. Hoping my mind changes. I like both characters however, I from what I know I don't see them fitting together...

I'm not going to lie, when I went to the book store it was for a different book by Emily Giffin but they didn't have it so I settled for this. I put it last on my pile to read not very excited... but I can't seem to put it down! It's really a good story so far and I'm excited to read more tomorrow!

It's a cute predictable story so far... there are a lot of times I can't decide if I like Mallory or just find her self pity to be too much.
