This book is FUN. Like. Actually a joy to read. I kinda spoiled the inciting incident for myself but like. Even so. So much fun.

I’m doing the audiobook version & I gotta say.. Hudson & Connor did aMAZING work on the tv show. Like, yes, this is a book update but boy, the narrator here reeeeeally made me appreciate the vulnerability those two brought to their roles..

There’s so many ways to say the same sentences & somehow the ones in this audiobook come out so glib. Bah.

aaaaaaand this part is always a bit of a slog to me. I do not care about Albert!!! 😭
