Took a detour from Yalom’s “the gift of therapy” to start this one on group therapy (co-written w/ another practitioner)

Currently facilitating two groups & I need all the help I can get, lol!

Defs a drier read so far, but ig that’s to be expected given the nature of the text.

This is such a fun & easy read!!! Can already tell I’m gonna need a physical copy to mark up.

Still bored, btw.

It’s fun but.. wow. I really can’t do anything but audiobooks, hey?
