Ok, I’m loving this.

Not quite as fast moving as the first two, looooots of smexy times! Maybe too much….?

It’s stalled a bit to be honest… hoping it’ll pick up soon

I’m really quite enjoying this at the moment. It’s a nice change. Silas is … well, let’s face it, morally black. My only gripe is where odd phrases slip in to a book that is set in old times London… butcher’s dumpster (nope, no dumpsters in London, then or now). Also phrases like ‘end me’… just a bit modern for the vibe of the book. That said, I’m being a bit picky… vibing along so far!

I think I’m enjoying this. It started off really strong, but I’m struggling with the writing style a bit. For me, there are just too many similes and metaphors, almost everything and everyone is described against something else. It makes it very descriptive, but it may be being used a bit too much for me now that I’m keyed in to it…
