I'm really loving this so far, but I made the mistake of looking at reviews of this and why are basically all 1 star reviews along the lines of: why doesn't the author explain (this thing the author very clearly explained in the first few chapters)? I know there's been a lot of talk about illiteracy and the lack of reading comprehension nowadays, but still...

Putting on hold for now. I love what I've read so far but I got really caught up in reading Way of Kings and now I'm shifting my focus to my Ramadan tbr.

The cognitive dissonance with this one 😑 how can you say how horrible universal basic income would be because only lazy, horrible people aren't going out to earn a wage and then spend the rest of the chapter saying how valuable homemakers and stay at home moms are

I want to give this 5 stars so bad because I love the story and the writing overall but there are these little mistakes throughout that an editor should've caught and they're so distracting 🥲
