I thoroughly enjoyed this book! I actually liked it a good more than the 1st book. I was definitely on the edge of my seat wanting to know who was behind all of it. I’m really hoping the author’s hint about another book will come true, soon, because I don’t want it to be over. I know a lot of people were less than impressed by the first book, but I disagree and I think it made for a great sequel!

I’m loving this book, so far. I was a little meh about it to start with, given how the first one ended. I wasn’t super excited to continue reading from the perspective of someone I no longer liked at all. But I’ve been very pleasantly surprised by the new perspectives and multiple different narrators. It’s also even more intriguing and mysterious than the first book, in my opinion. Excited to finish it!

I’m really enjoying this book. I thoroughly enjoy JM’s writing style. As soon as I heard that she’d written a second book, I was in! I loved “I’m Glad My Mom Died” and found it hauntingly beautiful and oddly funny and intriguing. This book is similar, if not quite as depressing and disturbing. Her storytelling is just so compelling. So real and raw. I love it.
