The aspect of the book in which I read recently talked about lot about just how important cultivating enthusiasm is not only towards maximizing your relationship with yourself, though maximizing the relationship you have with others around you. David used many scenarios where a particular degree of enthusiasm would alter your internal degree of happiness as well as the internal state of others around you.

I just finished completely the chapter on rearranging your environment so that you surround yourself with people, goods, services, environments which centralize your attention and form a vibratory signature to the extent to which it emits a frequency to reality -> then materializing a positive reality. Additionally, David uses examples in corresponding with how these seemingly ‘minor’ things can affect you truly

I got a little more of this book when it came to the fact that no wonder people stay at the same level their entire lives… Why? Their ‘Thinking’ or their state of consciousness stays the same and so regardless of what they try to do to change… they materialize the same conditions, circumstances and events in which they seek to avoid. Additionally, I loved his (David’s) description of affirmations.

I loved David’s extrapolation of his main point being -> ‘You are what you think you are’.. I loved his examples concerning the three brick layers and their attitudes/frequencies being midwived through their actions and just how much of a difference It’ll make. Or.. even the most recent example concerning Groups B & A of employees and how the more constructive attitude always wins out. Great examples again!

I loved David’s explanation of you are who you KNOW you are… nothing more, nothing less. I loved how he explained how some individuals attain respect from others as they know that, internally, they deserve respect. Additionally, I loved how I can connect this to the impending fact that ‘as within, so without.’ I loved his last point, pointing to the fact that your appearance says a lot to others about you.

Great book so far.. David is sharing his ideas on how to think and dream creatively through stimulation. I loved the example he used when it came to the man who attended the luncheon… for stimulation from the speaker regarding a 5-acre lot… and put that stimulation and materialized it by buying a worn out farm land, dividing it up into 10 lots, and profiting $19600 or today -> over 200000 in 6 weeks… very nice

I got to pg 112, and I can say that the ideas here are quite practical. Now, although I do indeed alter them with my knowledge of metaphysics (as it trumps all), the examples that David uses are actually quite good… and I like how he uses friends of his from different industries to describe indirectly how these ideas/concepts can be applied absolutely anywhere.

The book as it is now is pretty good, I learnt a lot about David’s opinions on focusing more on why you ‘can’ rather than ‘can’t’.. the benefits of doing so, the reason why it is the only thing worthy of your concentration, etc. In my humble opinion… rather than concentrating on ‘why you can’ do a certain thing.. focus your energy on the fact that ‘you have already done’ and only one path remain

In what I’ve read today which turned out to almost be a third of a the book completed.. zI learnt about David’s view of Self-Worth, on adding value and still maintaining that particular level of self-worth despite present circumstances. Listen, although it’s a fair way to go about things, instead of believing in the future, simply KNOW in the NOW by reconditioning the subconscious into believing you have it now

In this particular part of the book, I got a little reminder from the book to look at things not as you see them in reality, though beyond the constraints of this third dimensional realm. Inside this third dimensional realm, this illusionary realm, it is the world of affect; cause… and therefore to look at things solely as they are is too humanistic. Think like the Universe, and you’ll get the benefits of align

Short read as of late, though what I’ve taken from what I have read is a simple but quite nice reminder on how to use ‘Positive Mind Images’ to induce positivity/Motivation/Excitement into not only yourself but others. Alongside techniques on speaking to others, the section of the book I’m reading is an incredibly useful guide when it comes to leading a group of people. I’m looking it so far!

I’ve read a fair amount, though not a whole lot. What I can say is that I’ve come across a unique concept which I was aware of, but never seen it put it out to words and that is the ‘mind pictures’ David J Schwartz speaks of readily. I find it interesting how he explains it, and how great leaders portray positive/hopeful mind pictures into both themselves and their compatriots in order to boost morale. Nice!

Just finished chapter 3: Build Confidence and Destroy Fear, and although it does focus on doing.. it’s definitely validating a lot of things a valuable man such as I do naturally… speak up more often, walk faster, centralize energy towards positive wins, and emotionally-charge only positive thoughts… yield a frequency filled with conviction to materialize a ‘self-certain’ reality. All in all, quite nice.

The book is quite extravagant, and continues to offer ideas and thoughts I’m already well knowledged in..The highlights of today’s reading stems from David’s explanation of withdrawing/depositing only positive thoughts. Skip the explanation, and to summarize, when you emotionally-charge positive thoughts/focus only on past wins, you project a positive frequency to reality materializing a positive reality.

Today, I started the chapter on ‘Build Confidence and Destroy Fear’ in which we went over how action does cure fear, the basic qualities of fear and the basic qualities towards gaining confidence. Insightful for sure, though once again, this can all be solved by simply aligning your consciousness so that you’ll naturally take action anyway. More important then taking action, is not taking wasted action…

Great teachings from the cure of age excusitis.. which is nothing more then taking the identity of someone who is young as has that ‘flare’ still.. exaggerate just how much productive years you have left before you retire, and instead of focusing on past failures/regrets, start doing now what you wished you wanted to do back then. Overall, all of this can be solved by solely aligning your consciousness.

A plentiful amount of ideas were discussed throughout this section of the book including how to cure ‘intelligence excusitus’ and ‘age excusitius’ Although the ideas written by David J schwartz were valid and effective.. All of these ‘diseases’ he calls them can simply be solved by BEING the person who naturally isn’t affected by these ‘diseases.’ I took in a lot of what he said, though BEING >>

Today I read about a plethora of things concerning ‘The Magic of Thinking Big’… of the most prominent events is the fact that I’ve made my way through the second chapter of the book (failure disease).. It definitely puts things into perspective, and with my journey of metaphysics/manifestation, stringing it all together is definitely a very big joy indeed. Big takeaway is to simply not fear/worry about health

I just finished chapter 1 : believe you can succeed and you will, and a lot of things to take away from this indeed. A very great takeaway is the advantages of observing others and how learning what separates the successful versus the unsuccessful and the respected versus the ignored can aid your own self-development to being there. Great talk with myself concerning the feelings the author mentioned….

Very nice references from the ‘writer’, and the ‘tool-or-die’ guy describing EXACTLY why self-worth is so pivotal in the success of an individual. Self-worth will always mean much more then how smart you think you are, or where you ‘think’ you should be. Self-worth is about knowing, knowing is always about what you’ve emotionally-experienced. Tying the power of belief into this was a great move.

Loved analyzing what I would learn in the book through the author’s recap of each chapter and what I’d learn. I contemplated (thoroughly) each topic with myself and enjoyed it very much. Can’t wait to REALLY get started with this book.

I didn’t read a whole lot today, but for what I read I found a lot of great gems that I got to analyze including quotes from Prophet David -> “As a man thinketh in his heart so is he”, Milton, Shakespeare and Disraeli. These quotes were very metaphysical, and related very much to the study I’ve dedicated to metaphysics in the past year. This gives me great excitement to read the rest of the book!

Fair pre-face, hooked me, interesting terminology, quotes and examples from the author. Have a feeling, it’ll be a fun, enjoyable and interesting ride towards the conclusion of this book.
