Enjoying this much less than I was expecting. Feels repetitive and cringy. A bit wary of continuing, but I was so excited to read this that I'll give it a chance.

I'm really enjoying it so far

This had been on my tbr forever and sounds like something I'd absolutely love, so maybe I've built it up too much in my head, but I'm not as blown away as I was expecting. But I'm giving it a chance, I want to finish it.

This is not for me, which is too bad as I was so sure I was going to love it. I really don't like the writing style: it's too wordy, repetitious and saccharine, and the dialogue is unnatural. The story itself is nice, I suppose, but rather boring. I honestly want to dnf this, but I'll finish it for the book club.

This book is like a hug.

I'm reading this one for a book club and that's the only reason I did not dnf it one minute into the audiobook. This is so not for me that it would be funny, if getting through it weren't so laborious. The only relationship I'm rooting for is the friendship between their two dogs.

I made it through the first chapter and am already exhausted! This is sadly not for me.

Hoping this will help fill this year's late May Eurovision-shaped hole in my heart

This is so painfully slow and long-winded. The characters are all driving me crazy. I hope the ending will be worth it.

I'm really not into this... It's like all the things I didn't like about The Bone Clocks

I'm reading it on Kindle and suddenly realised that I could not for the life of me remember the title of the book. I'm not quite sure what to make of that.

About halfway through but I'm dnf-ing it. In a major reading slump and this is not helping.

I don't know how I feel about this. Hmmm...

This is so boring? Only bothering to finish because the audiobook narrator is excellent.

I'm finding this a bit boring, I have to admit. It still feels like the story hasn't properly started.

Couldn't even get through chapter two of 'An Old-Fashioned Girl' so I gave it up and started this one instead and now I'm SO INVESTED.

Hmmm...this is kind of getting too disturbing to be enjoyable.

I'm either very confused or not.
