THE IMPENDING DOOM MAKES ME WANT TO SOB.

Not a lot of detail to go off. The main character explains the nest situation where there is a virus in animal meat and he works at a factory that makes the human meat. His wife is away. He smokes. Yeah. I know the story a bit from a video, but I wanted to experience this by myself!!

It’s okay. I had the book spoiled to me so now I dread getting to the ending 😭
I read “Powerless” and I was disappointed based how “good” I heard it was. Especially after losing Adena (since she was my ONLY favorite character) I’m glad this book has her perspective but I’m scared to hear her death in her POV 😭😭
I think Mak is okay, a bit cringy for the no smiles. Adena is truly my favorite!!!!
