Was in the part where the voters reasoned out why they voted for Du30. All were manipulated into thinking we'll be safe and all. All thought that violence is the way. Well, was it?

The mayoral history. The fucking horror of it all. By the last page of the chapter, I felt the dread in my spine. Sobrang lala. And mind you, nasa mga unang pahina palang ako.

Am I just impatient or is this really just stringing along irrelevance so far? With all due respect to the author, please don't stray too much from the premise of the book. Kidding. You do you. Best is yet to come, huh?

Maybe I need a little more relevance to the premise.

There shouldn't be a comparison with Conjugal Dictatorship. Diff era, diff stories, diff backgrounds. But, I can't help it so I might just say it. The book's a bit overdramatic for my liking. Sure, it should appeal to the readers' emotions, but it honestly kinda feels like reading my school essay about such topics just so I could reach full creativity. Nevertheless, I think this is actually an okay book, so:

So I just recently gave back Conjugal Dictatorship to my sister's husband and borrowed another book from him, which is this book. I thought I should give it a try as I've always been curious about this ever since its popularity upon its release a few years back. I know on a surface that it's about Duterte's EJK legacy, but what EXACTLY is it all about? That's what I'm about to find out and hopefully I would.

Levin deserves all the good things in life.
