So many monumental moments have happened since my last update. Very much enthralled and can’t wait to finish

I’m still very enamored with this world. It’s a read that hooks you in and makes you wonder what’ll happen next, even after having seen the show.

We’re really starting to get into the weeds here and I’m enjoying it. New perspectives, playing with the chronology (overlapping with CoK). All a fun read so far

I think I like the worldbuilding and lore more in the books, than show. It is much more grandiose and fantastical in some ways, particularly in garments and armor (e.g. the rainbow guard, Tyrion’s companions).

On chapter 3

I am enjoying this very much so far, but I was say there is a noticeable expansion of the lore and worldbuilding. Most of it, I am finding interesting and it does bring a more certain identity to the world - with wildfire, the Lord of Light, the Eastern cities and peoples, and obviously with the added character perspectives.

It’s a lot more, and I wonder how book 3 will be then.

I just reached chapter 2. Another good read so far, with some amazing artwork. My only knowledge of Watchmen prior is the HBO show, clips of the 2009 movie, and lots of Wikipedia reading.

I can already tell I’m gonna burn through this one too. Lord, these are amazing.
