Easy read so far. Even though the 1st book was a while ago I recall parts with the details that are interwoven. However with the MMC sent to a prison tower on an island reminds me very much of another book I've read. Not sure if it was Helen Scheuerer with Thea or some other book.

Oh my word...I just want to be in and read this & do nothing else! I want to not have to work & be exhausted & have loads of money & a great body...etc etc Let's face it, all books are fantasy, all fiction books & I love them.

Struggling with this. Graylen torture chapters I just skip. Seems very repetitive in thought & lacking in dialogue.

I hope it moves on from war. I'm not gripped yet.

I needed to find a recap of the previous book as it was so long ago. And I was very confused. Their doesn't seem to be a natural recap within the book.

It's amazing.

Good so far, maybe bit slow.

Amazing so far

I love this so far.

Good start, intriguing.

Not sure I'm hooked. It's a bit slow in the beginning. Main character Amara doesn't seem to have much character yet while her friend Lyra, has loads.
