It’s interesting, but also too many coincidences.

Things got really crazy. Interesting that he’s CEO. HMMMMM.

My first tandem read, book/audiobook. For the times I want my kids to actually SEE me reading. But still just want someone to read to me. Ha!

I do like this thought, why am *I* my flakiest friend?! I need to be committed to myself and stop talking my way out of it.

So, love Alex. He’s awesome. But Poppy. Hmm. I love her bubbly, witty personality in her outward expression, but her internal dialogue annoyed me. Still a great book, but that’s my hang up.

The part with the children refugees and the “gifts from the capital” was wayyyyy more gruesome in the book. Damn.

I don’t like when audiobook readers change from book to book. But I do like this one better than the first book reader.

The victors were just announced! Wish I had more time to finish the book tonight, but I’ll definitely finish tomorrow.

Awww I was tearing up during her speech! Totally figured “that was the answer”, but I like seeing how it all unfolded.
Notable moments—the whole part about how to take a dick pic was hilarious. And the only part I didn’t really like was the “acts of god” during crazy things with the weather.

The ending was exactly what I figured. But man, I have things to say about Billy’s parents. Satisfying though, even though it was sad. But also, can’t be all that sad when your main character is a ticking time bomb.

It’s good, but it’s dragging on. I think I solved it, and I’m annoyed they aren’t just THERE yet. Come on guys! Also, Billy & Jett are in their late 20’s, but the narrator & conversation they have….is so juvenile. No way these are ADULTS. Ha. Maybe just me though. They seem more like freshly graduated from high school.

Audiobooks changed my life!! I’m so happy that I’m able to consume so much content. It’s truly a joy in my day!
