icl im lowkey struggling to read this one, the plot and the allure of epic fantasy draw me it and, as i watched tlor films before i started reading this, i really want to enjoy this book. but part of me has to force myself to sit down and read. sometimes i wonder whether i should have started with the silmarillion first, but idk, we'll see ig
