Just realized this is the first time I experience a story for the first time through the medium of novel. Previously with hunger games, maze runner and Harry Potter which I read when I was younger, I had seen the films before. Red rising is the first time I read the book before being exposed to the story

Okay I love the world this man is building, so detailed when it comes to the setting and background. Still the characters are being built up but I can see where these people slot into everything now.

I’m also reading a lot slower than ever before, because I’m trying to picture and visualize everything I read in great detail and I love it

Only about 20 pages in but this is cool trying to imagine this world, so different from ours. I feel like I can see it, the stone walls and wires hanging about, the atmosphere the people everything. Feels super cool.

This book is amazing, such great humor
