This is the kind of psych book that could help some people while doing harm to others.

There are some lovely examples from the author’s private practice, but they are often presented as proof of the author’s ideas when, at best, they amount to anecdotal evidence.

I’m also not a fan of the author creating yet another set of boxes to put people into (internalizers and externalizers)

“And I, prideful, disdainful, godless, want to drag you into the dirt with me.”

Mjau

Man pagaidām ļoti patīk valoda, ko izmanto autore. Sapņaina?

Well damn..ok

The constant lore dumps are a bit much but i get it you're trying to distance yourself from hp

Ehh

Stopping for a bit.

Not feeling it rn, feels like a YA book (also wayy to many similarities to hp)
