I stopped in my tracks when I read the part where Lily was describing her date as being able to ‘discuss Israeli politics so intelligently that he never once suggested that we ‘just nuke ‘em’’. I immediately stopped reading to google the author, who is a Zionist! I won’t be reading any further.
