The quotes in this book are an absolute delight. What a nice surprise.

I don’t really know how to describe this book so far. It keeps you interested enough to want to keep reading it but it’s weird. The names throw me off, the happenings throw me off, but I still want to know what’s happening.

Laugh out loud funny , exceptional- but A LOT OF SPICE. TOO MUCH SPICE. Could be 5 stars but the spice is over loaded. Keep fast forwarding,l through it, won’t DNF because it’s so good otherwise.

I’m always so amazed how people can weave real history and facts intermingled with made up stories. It’s incredibly entertaining.

I know the story is just beginning but this may be one of my favorites of the year.

This is such a screwed up story. Like a train wreck you have to look at. I have to know what is happening, even though it’s pretty depressing. A few pages ago there was a sudden unforeseen Bible study on Cain and Abel that I never thought of like that before, and that was so good. It’s a wordy book. Very wordy. But the roots are so good.

I resonate with Kate so much. Doing the best you can, losing yourself, all while people try to tell you how they think you should be doing things and raising your family and judging you and labeling you, all while no one offering help without gaining something.

I’ve just started but I love it.

It was a very good book! I had a feeling of the outcome the whole time but then I questioned it and then I went back to it and then I questioned it and so I really wanted to know the ending and now that I do, I was right the first time, but it was still a really good book.

It’s turning from where I thought it was going.

I keep thinking that there is going to be some insane plot twist that connects the characters. I can’t wait. It’s all so crazy and not crazy at the same time.
