Still really amazing, Paige is annoying sometimes but reasonable and what would be a character never doing something the reader disagrees with? The worldbuilding is incredible and different of most things I have ever read, the thing with the clairvoyants is pretty cool, so much about magic and though the golden cord is a cliché, I can see over that because I love Paige and Warden so much.

Paige‘s pretty cool, the whole thing with the Rephaims was kinda unexpected but I love the chemistry between Paige and Warden, really funny. I actually already had a few laugh-out-loud moments.

Also bisher finde ich es ziemlich gut, der Schreibstil ist erwartungsgemäß sehr nah an Jane Eyre und auch sowohl MC als auch LI erinnern stark and Jane und Edward. Ich mag die Schreibe wirklich sehr und die Art wie alles beschrieben wird, das ist einfach etwas völlig anderes als heutige, moderne Romane.

Bisher ist es sehr vielversprechend, starke Ähnlichkeit zu Jane Eyre, deutliche Parallelen erkennbar, aber das finde ich eigentlich ziemlich gut.
