I am a completionist and can’t dnr so I need this book to wrap up because the more Mona and her grandfather converse about art critique and I remember Mona is 10 years old and it is so unbelievably spoken that I am just annoyed

New museum and starting to get grating. This book would be fun to listen to sitting in the museums looking at the paintings themselves. But listening in the car is pretty dull. I also don’t believe the author knows many 10 year olds because they just wouldn’t act and talk like this.

Interesting concept, fun to hear analysis on these paintings that might not be as well known, but seem to be very relevant and influential all the same. It was very confusing to figure out what time period The story takes place. Also gets a little redundant now that I’m on the 20th painting. This book is nice and bite-size pieces, but gets a little boring/tired

Idk why she cares about bill when everyone else is better by miles.
